Download the example sheet to see how it is used and how it can be customized for specific characters. Note that the example sheet has a character sketch, skill DC annotations, and an auto-calculated Handy Haversack. It is also a slightly older version of the sheet.
I am happy to customize the sheet for site subcribers, who also have access to the source files needed to customize it themselves (requires Adobe Illustrator and the Galahad font).
